FLOW: Can You See the River? is a city-wide public art project that reveals how the ordinary activities of citizens affect the health and future of the White River water system. The intention of FLOW is to engage the citizens of Indianapolis with the important and unique elements of the White River water system—its history, ecology, origins, and potential. An app was developed in conjunction with the art installation to track water flow from a user's location.
